How do I contact the University?

How does Clearing work?
Universities will advertise which courses are available through Clearing and, when you find the right course for you, you'll need to contact the university to apply. If you meet the entry requirements, you'll receive an offer from them. Some courses may require an interview or portfolio. When you're happy with your offer, head to UCAS to add your Clearing choice.
When does Clearing open for 2025 entry?
Clearing opens on 5 July 2025. We will consider applications to open courses until the start of term.
Can I get a place at Bath Spa University through Clearing?
If you don’t hold any offers (this could be because you haven’t applied yet, haven’t received any offers, or you haven’t accepted any offers) you can search and apply for a place at BSU through Clearing.
If you have changed your mind about your chosen course or university for September, give us a call so we can help you find the right fit for you.
Can I defer or release my place?
If you'd like to defer your confirmed place here until September 2026, please email admissions@bathspa.ac.uk and include your UCAS Personal ID (or Bath Spa ID number), date of birth and your full name.
If you want to change your course with us, please call us on +44 (0)1225 876 180 as soon as possible.
If you wish to be released from your unconditional offer with us, you can do this by using the 'Decline your place' button in your UCAS application.
